Standard Shipping and Delivery Times

• Netherlands and Belgium: The delivery time is 1 working day if ordered before 18:00.

Above are the general shipping times. In case of delay, it is best to contact the carrier.

Insurance

If the product arrives damaged, we will issue a refund or resend the order.

Our Service While You Wait for Your Order

Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be prepared for shipment as quickly as possible and with care. If you order before 6:00 PM, your order will be handed over to our delivery partners the same day.

We deliver all orders to you for free.

Costs for Return Shipment

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, that's no problem. At Shraks, you can return your order within 30 days. The costs of the return shipment are on us. You can submit a request here.
