Do you want to exchange or return a purchase? We are here for you! Exchanging or returning is possible up to 30 days after the delivery date.

- Is returning free of charge?
Returns are free for exchanges or with a coupon. Otherwise, the costs are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country from which you are returning the package.
- What are the conditions for returning?
Our return policy allows you to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason.
The items must be unworn and unwashed, in sellable condition with the tags still attached.
Shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands are not reimbursed.
- How long does it take to exchange a product?
If you indicate that you want to exchange a product when registering your return, we will get started on that right away. This way, we aim to process your exchange within a few days.
- What if the exchange product is no longer available?
Contact our customer service team for the options. We will keep you informed about the expected delivery date of the product. If the product is sold out after you have made your return, we will contact you and work together on a solution.
- Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number is mentioned in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this email correctly, our customer service is ready to assist you.
- What to do with a defective or damaged product?
"If a product is damaged during shipping or production, we would be happy to resolve that with you. Please send a message to" info@shraks.com with a photo of the defect. Our customer service will work with you as soon as possible to reach a solution.
- What if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Make sure to return your item within the 30-day period before it expires. If this is not possible, we offer you the option to exchange the product for a replacement item or a voucher. Please contact our customer service for the options.
- How long does it take before I receive a refund?
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return shipment in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. You can see when the package has reached our warehouse via your tracking information. From that moment, the 10 working day period begins. Once the refund has been processed, you will be notified about it. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to be visible in your bank account.
