Standard Shipping and Delivery Times

• Netherlands and Belgium: Delivery time is 1 business day for orders placed before 10:00 PM.

The above are the general shipping times. In case of delay, it is best to contact the carrier directly.

Insurance

If the product arrives damaged, we will issue a refund or send you a replacement.

Our Service While You Wait for Your Order

After receiving your payment, your order will be prepared for shipment as quickly and carefully as possible. If you order before 10:00 PM, your order will be handed over to our delivery partners that same day.

Costs for Return Shipment

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, no worries. At Shraks, you can return your order within 30 days. The return shipping costs are on us. You can submit a request here.
