Wondering whether we charge a single standard shipping rate and whether your parcel is insured? Here is more information:
Standard Shipping and Delivery Times
Order before 22:00 (CET) and your order leaves the same day. Shipping is always free. Expected delivery time per country:
- Netherlands and Belgium: next working day
- Germany: next working day
- Switzerland and France: 1–2 working days
- Austria, Spain, Italy and Sweden: 2–3 working days
- Denmark, Norway, Finland and Ireland: 3–4 working days
- United Kingdom: 1–3 working days
- United States: 2–3 working days
These are the general delivery times. In case of a delay, it is best to contact the carrier directly.
Insurance
If the product arrives damaged, we will issue a refund or send you a replacement.
Our Service While You Wait for Your Order
After receiving your payment, your order is prepared for shipment as quickly and carefully as possible. If you order before 22:00, your order is handed over to our delivery partners the same day.

We deliver all orders free of charge, in every country we ship to.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, no worries. At Shraks you can return or exchange your order free of charge within 30 days. We send you a free return label; the return costs are on us, in every country. You can submit a request here.
